Why this exists.
Still In Demand was built by a finance and operations leader with more than a decade inside global manufacturers in Asia and the US, who then moved into putting AI to work inside companies.
That second job made one thing plain. The people most worried about AI were rarely the ones at risk of being left with nothing. They were experienced people who could not see which of their skills still had a price, and where that price was higher.
Free tools answered the wrong question. One gave a frightening score for a job title. Another listed careers you might enjoy. Neither started from the work you actually do, and neither told you what your experience is worth somewhere else.
So this does. It reads your own tasks against federal and Anthropic data, tells you plainly where AI already shows up, and ranks the moves that keep the most of what you have built. It is decision support, not a verdict: you make the call.
